Anything aerobic that you would like to do. I can’t tell if you are girly or a boy-o. When I have the energy I LOVE dancing.
Any kind. I loved getting all dolled up and going to dance clubs and staying out on the floor. I like going to haflas and belly dancing. When I’m cooking I listen to the radio and if a good song I like comes on, I stop what I’m doing and start dancing, watching my goofy reflection on the windows, oven door’When cleaning house, same thing, good song, stop what I’m doing and dance. Same applies while sitting in my car, I sing along and dance in my seat. Boy-os like to race each other all over the place. I kinda like to walk but weather has to be good, same with swimming and water aerobics. I love to bike. The fresh air, sunshine, cooling winds on my sweaty face. Do something you like and have fun with it.
